“My first experience with getting my hearing aids was at Good Sound Audiology two years ago. I am so fortunate I found the best audiology company in the valley here in Phoenix!!! First of all, though I was hesitant to get hearing aids because I wasn't sure I REALLY needed them, was afraid they'd be difficult to get used to, and finally, because of my vanity - "would they be obvious", would they "make me look old"??!! “Very Friendly Staff- Talked to Kevin and he was more then accommodating in making sure we were taking care of after setting up a new account, and needing to use this clinic for a pre-employment screening. Phone connection was lost and he made sure he called me back even though he didn't know who I was at first. He must of retrieved my number off their caller ID. Saved me from having to go through the promts again and explaining myself again.”

Their counsellors really pay attention and try to get to the root of the problem. Everywhere there in programming always makes time for you. I have had a positive experience when I have had to go there. They also let a recovery program I am apart of use their space as well. Really great place.”
