This is a family owned business and their service was good. They were able to get the parts needed and fix my car asap. The garage is in works like restroom, waiting areas but I think as the name goes the mechanic is rapid. They also have a 24/7 lock box to drop off your car and keys.

Rapid Repair is amazing. They really know how to take care of their customers and always seems go beyond expectations. They do not over charge and clue you in on all things going on (costs of parts, diagnostic codes, etc.). I don't think I have done business with a more honest and professional mechanic.

Stop looking elsewhere. They are quick, helpful and cost efficient. Rapid Repair Automotive always goes good work!

This is an honest, reasonably priced, and upright family business. I've been in half a dozen times or more. I've been in with problems that made the vehicle unsafe to drive (dead radiator, punctured gas tank, etc) and still got really reasonable costs even though I was over the proverbial barrel. I feel confident recommending RR to my friends and family, and have heard good reports from them about their experiences. Once they referred me to another shop where they knew a specialist for my issue, which to me is a sign of wanting you to get the best results rather than making a few quick dollars. Love this place. I'd bet you will also.

Amazing--I could feel the difference in my car when I drove away! Smoother steering and acceleration, cushy breaks. This business always makes sure I know I have options, and they respect whether or not I'm ready for certain repairs. They give quotes ahead of time and are easy to work with. I have been to them several times over the last four years or so, and I always come away impressed!
