I called Gold Star Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub faucet and to replace our water heater. The technicians who helped us (Paul, Izaak, and Tony) were punctual, friendly, and efficient. John at the office went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service - even dispatching an electrician to repair some surprise wiring issues that showed up with the water heater installation. I will definitely use Gold Star Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone searching for reliable and affordable service.

This company is fantastic. Cody and Tony are the best!!! They truly look out for the customer. We had to have all our drains replaced in the house due to old cast iron piping. The did a great job!! Very honest and straight forward. They actually stand by their work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing related issues.

Good job! Was able to schedule and inspection that fit with my schedule. Very friendly and was honestly concerned about what we had going on. Job was completed with little fuss. Very detailed about what we needed, when, and why. As well as what we did not need. Happy to recommend.

You can tell this company really cares about their clients and treats them as family. Richard went above and beyond to fix multiple plumbing issues quickly and the right way. Everything was replaced brand new. He was upfront and communicated everything he was doing through out the entire process. Very fairly priced for the quality of work you get. If you want it done the right way the first time, this is the company to go with. Very professional and I can’t thank them enough!

They came out same day and didn't charge an emergency fee as others wanted to do. We had 2 bathrooms that had blockage in the pipes. One quick look and they knew it was coming from the pipes out front and explained why. They used a camera to find the blockage. Was fixed! They explained everything clearly and gave suggestions to prevent the issue from happening again. Very affordable as well. Highly recommend and will use them again
