“Serenity has been good for treatment of my ADD and Mild Depression. I have seen 3 providers but they have all been great. They have a strong process for every visit, they see you quickly, and get you taken care of quickly I am always in and out within an hour. “I have seen both Dr. Chu and Dr. Bradley Wolfe for different reasons (not pregnancy so cannot speak to care for any of those services). My appointments may run a little late 10-15 minutes to be seen by the actual doctor and they can feel rushed. I'm not someone who has many questions for a doctor but if you like to have a doctor who can take their time with you, this may not be a good fit. I recently came for a women's wellness exam and although reminding the doctor of some issues that I previously saw her for related to bleeding, my exam was so quick to the point it was rough and caused bleeding. While I know that's not unusual, given my health history I wish I'd spoken up to take more care/time to minimize discomfort or causing bleeding. Otherwise it's easy to schedule appointments if you use the patient portal, facilities are modern and clean, and I have not had any other issues so far.”

“I have had the opportunity to work with one of the PA’s, Josi. I have walked a long road with mental health and she is the first psych medical provider who has made me feel safe, respected and every visit I live with my dignity fully intact. I feel like I’m in the drivers seat, and there’s never any pressure to do or try anything that I’m not comfortable with. She is not just compassionate/empathetic she is also a very skilled provider who is waist-deep (in the best way) in current evidence-based practice. I’m confident that the care I’m receiving is following current care guidelines - I don’t feel stuck in the 90s of being Thrown a medication and told to just trust her. Our appointments always feel like a collaborative partnership, I leave feeling heard and my head held high. Their office staff is extremely kind and are very thorough and prompt with responses. They never make me feel like I’m being talked down to in a patronizing customer service tone - nothing but mutual respect. Overall I have had nothing but an incredible experience in this office and couldn’t recommend them more highly, especially for those who struggle with eating disorders, OCD, and C-PTSD.”

“Was pleasantly surprised with Sonoran Spine. I called in with a back injury. I had been to Urgent Care and talked to my own doctor. I was still in pain after a week. They worked me in the very next morning.I had a broken back which wasn’t noticed by Urgent Care. They got me fitted for a brace and answered any concerns I had. Very happy I got into their office. Candice was an excellent P.A. . Took care of my needs . I would recommend them highly.”

“I was recommended to Dr. Tamanaha at SW Contemporary Womens Care from my fertility doctor - he has been so great and thoughtful every time I see him. He gets to know his patients and remembers those details along the way. He always answers my questions and gives me great options and recommendations.
