I felt taken care of here. I will say that it is a little different from other places though. If you are just looking for a quick clean with nothing further and any dentist will do, this is probably not the best option. I never felt pressured into buying anything and just felt well informed, but it feels like this is a real medical facility that addresses all things about your smile and how this relates to to your overall health. “I have seen both Dr. Chu and Dr. Bradley Wolfe for different reasons (not pregnancy so cannot speak to care for any of those services). My appointments may run a little late 10-15 minutes to be seen by the actual doctor and they can feel rushed. I'm not someone who has many questions for a doctor but if you like to have a doctor who can take their time with you, this may not be a good fit. I recently came for a women's wellness exam and although reminding the doctor of some issues that I previously saw her for related to bleeding, my exam was so quick to the point it was rough and caused bleeding. While I know that's not unusual, given my health history I wish I'd spoken up to take more care/time to minimize discomfort or causing bleeding. Otherwise it's easy to schedule appointments if you use the patient portal, facilities are modern and clean, and I have not had any other issues so far.”
