“I could honestly write a whole essay on why Ramona is so amazing! When my husband and I got pregnant with our son, we had appointments with every midwife in the office. All of them were spectacular and we were very pleased with the way we were treated. But Ramona stood out to both of us. We were never rushed in any appointment. She told us to take our time and think about any questions we might have forgotten. She never acted superior to us or made us feel like our questions were dumb. We felt safe with her. I knew I only had a 25% chance of her delivering our son (as there were 3 other midwives) so when we went to the hospital and she was on call, my nerves were calmed that much more. It helped that I had a very easy labor. Ramona’s demeanor was very calm and controlled. She was so encouraging! And she knew what she was doing with the entire delivery. From letting my epidural wear off just a smidge so that I had full control over the pushing and knowing when to slow down so that I didn’t tear. I really hope to have her again with our future kids. We just love her! Also, my other friends that have had her deliver their babies say nothing but incredible things as well.”
