“First I called and was greeted by such a wonderful pleasant lady. I had alot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. I ended up joining their membership club because of how much I loved my experience. I can not wait to go back. Please please go check them out you will fall in love. These ladies are amazing. “I did my research before getting cervical spine surgery. I tried physical therapy and steroid injections without results before coming to the conclusion that I would require surgery. “I have been going here since my total knee replacement in October. Travis was my first therapist and helped me through my first 3 months post-op. I have to admit I was sad when I heard he was leaving, but Mandy took over for the 2nd half of my therapy and I continued to have great progress. She is very skilled and determined to get me to the fullest ROM I am capable of. I have achieved additional flexibility since working with her and have no doubt I will get even more in the next few months. She is kind and takes the time to get to know you and to understand your needs. Her entire staff is friendly, hard working and professional.
