“Bobby the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and was all business, no BS! I had three other professional estimates given to me. B Line Movers was the only company who quoted me two moving trucks instead of only one. And the estimate came in moderately priced in comparison to others. They were very responsive to my questions by email and phone calls prior to moving date. They even made a special trip a couple of days before our move per my request just to look over my packing job and give me some tips on how to make things smoother. On moving day everything was exactly as it had been described to me. The moving gentleman were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. I think we used every bit of those two moving trucks, something that would have cost me many extra hours with the other companies for extra trips with only one truck. That's honesty! There were no broken items, everything was wrapped and blanketed properly. I simply could not have had a better moving experience!”

Ryan thoroughly explained the charges including late fees and when they take effect, extras that can be purchased like insurance and a better padlock, as well as ensuring we were able to successfully use our new access code. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the facility offers large carts for transporting our goods to/from our storage space effortlessly and with fewer trips.”
