“I needed an oil change and was set up right away for an appointment at my earliest convenience. I arrived and and was taken care of right away, had a nice clean accommodating waiting area and it only took maybe 20 minutes. Lejla was helping me pickup my prescription in the drive thru. For some reason my order was going to cost me $600! She asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting and said she would do what she could. She came back probably 10 minutes later. She’d been searching for a coupon the whole time and found my prescription at a cheaper price than what I paid normally! I was so grateful she was willing to take the time to look for another option. And it was all unsolicited help, she went above and beyond without me asking for help. “Solid gas station. The convenience store inside is nice and has a good selection of lots of different food, drink, and other various items. Decent prices on the fountain drinks. The bakery items are actually pretty good, I've tried the cookies and donuts and both were solid. Can get busy during certain times of the day but usually isn't too bad at this location.”

“I had a pump motor that burned out and I took my assembly to Poolwerx at Higley/Pecos and Jay ordered the motor as well as the various parts that were well worn. When the first motor arrived for my replacement, Jay thought it looked used, not new so he took the initiative and returned it/ordered another. Finally when a new motor arrived and looked new, Jay assembled my motor/pump and I came home to install. Unfortunately, the new motor would not run. It only hummed when power was applied. After verifying the capacitor was good and the motor moved freely I had to return it to Jay. Realizing I had been without a pool pump for days now, Jay drove and picked up yet another motor and assembled my equipment. Happily, THAT motor works great and my pool is back up and running. Jay was fantastic and made a customer for life.”

“Bruce is the best! We recently purchased our patio furniture here and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Bruce was beyond helpful and not in the pushy salesman way. He answered questions, shared helpful insights but also allowed us the space we needed to make our furniture selections. When we said 'thank you-we will be back soon to make the purchase' after our first visit we didn't get the high pressure full court press to make the sale that day which was refreshing! Bruce was thorough and prompt with his email responses to my questions as well. The second visit was when we made our purchase. Bruce was busy with another customer when we arrived, so we were assisted by another team member who was also awesome!
