“I already knew what I wanted to purchase from the Big 5 paper ads. The clerk in the sporting rifles department was very good. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. However, the clerk in the shoe department was terrible. He walked past me once so I flagged him down the second time he tried to ignore me. I told him what shoe and size I wanted and when he brought them out from the back room he handed me the box without stopping on his way to help, no one else. It was bizarre. He was always on the go but helping nobody. I actually wanted to buy another pair of shoes but couldn't catch up with this guy again. There were two other customers looking at shoes and he wasn't helping them either. The entire shoe department is too small. When I tried on my shoes, the seats are surrounded by displays and people are brushing past making you, me, feel like you're in the way and imposing upon shoppers. I will say this, it wasn't horrible. Just the way it is shopping 2 days after Christmas.Note: I do like the shoes and the price was very good.”
