“I have been going here since my total knee replacement in October. Travis was my first therapist and helped me through my first 3 months post-op. I have to admit I was sad when I heard he was leaving, but Mandy took over for the 2nd half of my therapy and I continued to have great progress. She is very skilled and determined to get me to the fullest ROM I am capable of. I have achieved additional flexibility since working with her and have no doubt I will get even more in the next few months. She is kind and takes the time to get to know you and to understand your needs. Her entire staff is friendly, hard working and professional. He is extremely thorough and determined my neck was most important over my lumbar, as thought by a previous Dr. And operated there fist. It relieved my small headaches but more importantly much of my excruciating back and hip pain. His staff is caring and the staff at the Clinic and the OrthoAZ spine and Rheumatology. “SO GOOD. Their main fish taco was wonderful. Got their chicken enchiladas with half green and red sauce, which was amazing. The cheese was awesome and I love how much Pico they added. Preferably would only do green next time, cause red was a bit spicy for me. Chips and salsa were great too, but I loved the chips. Also, their sweet black beans were a great surprise as I’m not a huge sweet tooth.”

“The idea of writing a review of this place, truth is, been holding out, because I’d like to keep the place all to myself. This place, it’s a gem: an oasis in the AZ desert. You can go to many reflexology places, but this one is mine. It started out like a secret. I had to keep coming back to see if this place was for real. You know what they say about a secret, it’s something you tell one person at a time. Been going here for the past year. I tell all my close friends and family about it. Whatever their name is, Foot Reflexology, it’s plugged in my phone as “Best Massage in Gilbert.” They do reflexology/massage, and do it well. You can start with the 60-minute, I recommend the 90. 90-minute, just right. I recommend you speak to the boss MeiMei, when you come in. Let her know type of pressure, problem areas, that sort of thing. Then breathe, enjoy. Work out that life stuff. This place GIVES you energy. Come in tired, stressed, leave with energy. I’m telling you, this is the place to go in Gilbert. Again, been holding off on writing this review because, well, like to keep the place to/for myself. The more peeps that go there, the longer I’ll have to wait. Selfish, yes. But, I’m in life not for me, but for the greater good. This review: for greater good. You’re welcome. btw, I’m just a hardworking, average Joe, nothing special. Once in awhile, I do self-care. After all, if you don’t take of yourself, what’s left for the rest of the world?
