West Valley Family Dental

This was a great experience from start to finish. Kaitlin is great as you come through the door, she's so kind and courteous and she is so helpful at scheduling and providing all necessary information. Quintin does a superb job as a hygienist and he is also very helpful and courteous. Dr. Sandhu explains things well and takes time to make sure all is understood.

I also need to mention Erica, who was a wonderful assistant to Dr. Sandhu and Tiffany who was so helpful with explaining costs and options for treatment and helping with possible payment plans for treatment too.

My dental assistant, Quentin, shared details on every procedure he was doing. He was personable and knowledgeable. He gave me updates on our timetable. I highly recommend West Valley Family Dental!

Admittedly I'm not very good at regularly going to the dentist for checkups, and haven't been to see one for a few years. Of course I got a toothache so I called West Valley Family Dental as they are close and an in-network provider for me. They were very friendly and sympathetic on the phone and were able to get me in to be seen the next day. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and took excellent care of me. I definitely recommend them!

This is a 2nd review. There are a lot of reminders from this dental office, both text and email, plus phone calls, so there's no excuse for forgetting your appointment! Staff is pleasant. I went in for a cleaning/x-rays. New ppl since last visit. I saw 3 staff members in the back, a dental asst., hygenist, and the dentist. Everyone did a good job, but it seemed to be a bit disorganized; staff members not sure of whom did what procedure. I think they'll work it out. I'l return, I've been a long term client.
