(May 3, 2023, 4:50 pm)My husband first purchased a ring from Scott in 1995. We were impressed with the quality of his jewelry and customer service and that has not changed one bit through the years. Whether it is purchasing jewelry, replacing watch batteries, or repairing jewelry, Scott and his family have always treated me (and my family) as one of their own. Scott is the only jeweler I trust to leave my jewelry when repairs are necessary.
When my sons were shopping for engagement rings, I always had them begin their search at Treasures. Not only were the diamond and setting selections beautiful and unique, the education my sons received from Scott about their purchase was invaluable.
I highly recommend Scott and Treasures for all of your jewelry needs!
(December 15, 2022, 3:23 pm)We have used Treasures for many years and they never fail to impress. Scott and his team know their stuff and have an eye for detail that is unrivaled. They have a wide selection of premade jewelry as well as an extensive selection of stones for custom pieces. We used Treasures to custom design our wedding rings (Montana Sapphire and Star Ruby) and could not be happier with how they turned out. Scott helped us pick stones, design the rings and 3D print them for approval before final casting. They also gave good input when choosing earrings for family members. We would highly recommend Treasures to anyone looking for quality customer service and craftsmanship.
(July 20, 2022, 10:21 pm)If I could give them 10 stars I would! They went so far above and beyond for me. My son passed away in 2006, my daughter is getting married November 2022. I had been looking for a way to include her brother. I came across urn charms. I thought wow that's perfect. WELL it was not as easy as I thought it would be to have the charm engraved. Several other jewelers had told me there was NO WAY it could be done or that they will not touch a charm with ashes in it. To say the least I was discouraged but kept looking. I called a store that a previous employee of Treasures was working at. She directed me to them. When I went in I was feeling hopeless. Jessica helped me find the exact charm I wanted and ordered it. When it came in she assured me it could be engraved (other jewelers told me it was impossible). Jessica was beyond patient with me considering everything I asked of her. After I put my sons ashes in the charm urn, they soldered it closed and created a new ring so the charm will hang flawlessly on my daughters bracelet. I was speechless with the work that was done for me. After ordering the charm and the excellent service I received with that. I took in my great-grandmothers antique ring to have them repair the prongs. It is absolutely breathtaking. Not only was the work done on my pieces spectacular the customer service was phenomenal!
A huge thank you to Jessica and the rest of the team at Treasures Custom Jewelry. You will never fully understand exactly how you made an already special day even more special... I will recommend Treasures above and beyond any other jeweler!!!

But at the very last moment I found Treasures and they did an amazing job! My ring looks perfect, and it was done even earlier than I was expecting it for a very reasonable price. This is awesome! (December 15, 2020, 4:13 pm)First of all I cannot say enough about this amazing store and the owners. If you enjoy "cookie cutter" designs with no originality good for you- I DO NOT which is why this is the only Jeweler I will ever use.

Trust - The owners and staff are honest, hardworking and have integrity. You know that the product you are purchasing is top quality. Also if you give them your precious family heirloom stones, like I did, you get them back. (my family has stories of stones being "replaced") You can rest assured that your jewelry is in the hands of professionals.
Online jewelry purchases and chain stores just can't compete with the quality, and can you really trust that the gem you purchase is not a well-designed fake? I certainly am not willing to chance it, I am shopping with people I trust.

My family has heirloom gems that we are gifting to my daughter as a graduation gift. My daughter is very artistic and had a vision in her mind of the perfect piece of jewelry. We sat down with Scott and she started sharing her thoughts with a design that would incorporate dragons, bunnies, her astrological sign and other creative concepts she was considering. WOW - Scott understood her completely, he did not chastise her, tell her it was not something he could do, or even begin to laugh. This man encouraged my daughter to share her vision and showed her pictures and drawings of creative concepts that came to mind while listening to her explanation. To me that is a demonstration of the top quality people you are working with at Treasures. Every customer is special, and they will work with you to find something perfect.
Treasures also helped me redesign my wedding ring to celebrate my 20th anniversary. Admittedly I am not as creative as my daughter and I am VERY PICKY.
