San Prado

We moved to Glendale from Flagstaff so my husband could go to Midwestern University and being a family of 5 we were worried about finding a space to fit us and close by for my husband to attend. After looking at several places we landed at San Prado a second time and couldn't of been treated nicer. The staff is amazing and so kind. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect and we enjoyed the extra amenities that they have. I always felt safe and the location was perfect. We stayed a year and when the covid 19 hit, the staff made sure to keep everyone up to date and safe. My entire family really appreciated the attention to detail and the kind staff during our stay. Thank you for being so awesome!

We have been so happy with the San Prado staff. James was amazing, he was replaced by Adam, who is equally great. They have genuine concern for your experiences and always try to help. Also, the maintenance team is A+. Especially Juan. He is always prompt when you call or put in a ticket. And in our experience, he has always gotten the problem fixed within a couple of hours. And he shows up with a smile on his face. He never makes you feel like your problems/needs are inconveniencing him, even though I am sure he is busy.

I am moving from out of state to attend Midwestern University in August and this was my first time in Arizona. James, the manager, spent an incredible amount of time with me and my family thoroughly explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and really just making us feel comfortable. I cannot be more pleased to be moving into this wonderful community!
