We purchased a portable Innogen oxygen concentrator for my wife's mother last fall and needed an onsite checkup at her group home from Leo recently which he easily offered to do. My wife and I are out of state, and it was serviced completely and now is working well. Most importantly, she can now spend time outside in the sun as she wishes...we are very pleased!! Thank you!!!
Took my Inogen for a tune up and Leo was most courteous and sat right dow and repaired my unit immediately. Expected to have to leave it for service. Than you Leo for the big help!

Just ordered a Gen5 with Jay's help. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Looking forward to receiving my concentrator and working with the Glendale office should I need any help.
