  I cannot say enough about this place. It is such a well ran medispa. Nardin is amazing and I have seen her for botox and for lip fillers. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job while being gentle and making sure I was doing ok (as it was my first time). I also signed up for monthly facials and I see Olivia. Olivia is my favorite person to see when it comes to my skincare and facials. She has always taken care of my skin since the day I started seeing her. My skin has been so hydrated in this dry weather and clear! You will not go wrong with going here! The place is so clean and organized, the staff are ALL wonderful, and the services they offer are great.

  Madison was amazing. She was so gentle and very professional throughout the process. She was thorough in assessing my needs and helped me to decide what was best for my skin and budget. I already notice a difference around my ears and eyes but am excited to see the results improve as the collagen production continues!

  Uptown Medispa Arrowhead is amazing! I got Emsella with Madison Paul and had a great experience. I am a mom of 2 and I seriously go around telling other women about how well Emsella worked for me and how life changing it can be! The staff at Uptown Medispa are extremely knowledgeable, the facilities are very clean, and they have all the latest and greatest gadgets! I will definitely be back for more treatments, and can't wait to get some RF Microneedling in the future!

  Madison and the ladies at this Med spa KNOW what they are doing!!
  I’ve had Botox a few times over the years but wanted to try PRP for my dark circles for the first time.
  
  I was hesitant to let just anyone poke needles near my eyes so I was relieved to see a friend from college make the transition from hospital nursing to cosmetic injections. I messaged Madison and she was SO EASY to work with from start to finish, from answering PRP questions to scheduling. I scheduled my mom’s FIRST-EVER Med spa treatment for Botox with Madison as well since we drove over from the East Valley.
  
  The clinic was easy to find a few miles from the freeway, clean, and bright. Madison took us to her room right away, allowing us to ease nerves and get comfortable. She patiently allowed us to think of and ask any questions or concerns we had prior to medical intake and treatment.
  
  During her assessments of us, Madison was HONEST and explained her recommendations. For example, since my mom is in her late 60s, Madison recommended not going too heavy on Botox since it was her first time. I would have thought the opposite, but Madison EXPLAINED how over-treatment could lead to skin droop in adjacent areas. She got her full forehead and crows feet treated.
  
  I saw my mom 1 week after her Botox and she looks GORGEOUS!!! It looks as if she has an eyebrow lift—bright wide and smooth eyes!!! Clearly, Madison REALLY KNOWS what she is doing. My mom is so pleased with Madison’s work, which is not an easy feat (Asian moms, IYKYK), she’s already asking when we can schedule more Botox and hopefully a Micro-needling treatment—ANOTHER age-appropriate recommendation from Madison.
  
  For my PRP experience, Madison ensured I was comfortable and hydrated throughout. Her coworker Rebecca was assisting as well which I appreciated. Madison EXPLAINED EVERY STEP of the process, including the type and amount of pain I would feel for each! She was spot on. For my personal recommendation, she showed me my L side could use a bit more of the PRP versus the R side due to my anatomy, which I had never noticed.
  
  Immediately after my Botox and PRP, I was GLOWING! PRP stimulates collagen over time, and I know to be patient over a few weeks to see more dramatic results. Each day over the last 1 week, I have noticed an improvement in my skin tone and texture. I am excited to see how PRP CONTINUES to support my skin in this area over time!!
  
  Madison has ALREADY reached out to see how we are doing and how we like our results. I can’t tell you how HAPPY we are and it’s so sweet to see she is genuinely happy for us as well!! I know I can reach out to her for any questions or concerns we have.
  
  As a fellow healthcare professional, I know I can CONFIDENTLY refer friends and colleagues to Madison and the Uptown Medispa Arrowhead clinic due to the professionalism, experience, and results my mom and I had!

  Loved my experience at uptown! I got a facial with Olivia and she did an amazing job. My face felt so clean and soft! I also bought a bunch of Alastin skincare products that Olivia recommended. I absolutely love them and my face has never looked better. Definitely recommend uptown!
