Thunderbird conservation Park

Nice open park with some good views! Parking lot and roads are messed up (potholes) but restrooms are ok. Lots of different hiking trails for different levels.

Beautiful sunsets and great way recover from injuries or for the leisurely beginners...romantic evening date night...just remember to park in the lot outside the entrance so they don't lock the gates at dusk. I don't know if they do or not but it is posted that they do, and I wouldn't chance it. lol

Great place to hike. Plenty of trail options ranging from easier to more difficult, shorter and longer. Love the flags at the tops of the mountains

As I ramp up half marathon training this is a good trail to get a leg workout. Given the holiday there was more traffic but there was still a lot of solitude. Views are great. Convenient and challenging

Clean trials. Great park. Nice views. Gravel on trails can be loose so watch your step and have fun. Our first time hiking her but will not be the last.
