Haven at Towne center

I've been a resident at The Haven at Towne Center since 2022. Other than the apartment living obstacles, we as residents would probably face with any other property. Yes, it is going through a remodeling, and with all that's going on, the team from management,maintenance to the vendors on property is still very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to work with you not against you. I am excited to transfer to a up graded unit. I did look around out of hast.I decide to stay, Neighbor hood is safe, convenient to the world, Do consider The Haven at Towne Center when and if you are in that place in your journey.

I am so glad that I took a chance and applied at Haven at Towne Center. I love everything about the community and my unit. The unit is newly renovated, with a "smart" design. All of the appliances are "smart", and I can utilize control my washer and dryer through my cellphone. The pool is relaxing, and the gym is perfect for my workout regime, of cardio and light weightlifting. I have not had any issues with any of the amenities, air conditioning, water etc.

I also want to give many kudos to the office staff, Brittney and Bailey are awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all of my questions during the application process, and I never felt rushed, or as if I was just a number. I was treated as a future "member" of the Haven Community. I have only met with the gentleman once, but it was also a professional, polite experience with him as well.

When I tell you that I am impressed with upgrading of our apartment complex. I have been living here for nearly 6 years so I was here before the pandemic even started this new management has done an outstanding job with the upgrade of the apartments. The interior fixtures are so beautifully arranged there are so many things that I can list but you just have to come and live here!!!
