  Luis has always taken care of us. I have brought 2 mangled vehicles here 3 times (one was hit twice) and I just referred my sister here to fix my niece's car. Every time the work was well done and for less money than anyone else.

  A very special THANK YOU to Luis and first impressionist extraordinaire Randy at Liberty Collision Center in Glendale, AZ!
  
  Over the last two months, both Luis and Randy have taken care of my vehicle due to an automobile accident in NOV '22. From the very first phone call to accept my tow-in, to the very last communication via text when my car was ready. In particular, Luis provided a warm welcome with a step by step process.
  
  As the accident happened and a-typical situation. My insurance directed me to a authorized approved collision center near me, followed by their business partnership car rental 'also near me'. With this mentioned, I was surprised to find out the collision center authorized by my insurance declined my tow-in due to a high volume of accidents! I think I called about 15'ish' or less insurance approved collision centers to accept my car. Keep in mind, I still need go to work! After the last try, my intuition guided me to look outside the pre-approved centers to accept my car. After active research, I stumbled across Liberty Collision Center. This included the all star reviews online, amazing services over the phone and let's say 'they started work immediately!!!'. And no, it's not because they were in a hurry to accept my business, yet it was because they're fully staffed and have a massive compound to work from. This information alone was a no-brainer. On the other side of this, if I would've chosen to go to a pre-approved insurance center. I probably would've waited about 3 months before my car would be looked at. Which is absolutely wild to think there's a high volume of accidents.
  
  Once my car was accepted by Liberty Collision Center - I worked with Enterprise car rental down the street with car availability in order to get my BUTT to work! Plus, Luis and Randy have a relationship with the Enterprise branch down the street. So, that information helps tremendously. Aside from Luis and Randy's years of expertise. They help you answer anything that may be confusing from a rental or collision insurance standpoint. Which in return, I learned allot.
  
  Lastly, being in an accident can be very costly and sometimes daunting. Like myself, I'm just myself, single, working 9-5 and consistently working on what's next while navigating this world we live in. Yet, a few days before my car was ready for pick up. Luis was gracious to pay for a few days of my rental 'which he didn't have to do' and ensured all was well before making my car 'perfect' for pick up. Especially after I spent 700+ dollars on a car rental 🤢. I felt like, Luis really understood my situation in the moment and went the extra mile. Especially now, where we value and look for solid communication, accountability and knowledge.
  
  The day I picked up my car, I was greeted by Randy at the front desk who handed me my keys! Which in return, I handed him the rental car keys so Enterprise can pick up the rental. But wait - 'oh the joy to see my key again!' - The first words Randy said was "did you see you car?". My response to Randy was "no, not yet, I'm just happy to be here". So, as soon as I walked outside to look at my car - I noticed how beautifully clean this was 'inside and out'. Not to forget, the amazing and polished body work complete to my vehicle. It is as tho my car didn't experience any form of trauma. I couldn't have been happier.
  
  As soon as I sat in my car, I started playing with my car features 'setting up the basics' before heading to my next destination, long and behold, Luis walked up to my car and greeted me and graciously thanked me for my business. Which in return, Liberty Collision Center gained a client for life!
  
  Btw, if you don't know - Luis is the owner 😉
  
  As you need a collision/body repair center who provides a 5 star service and backed by individuals who've mastered their craft. I recommend Liberty Collision Center.

  My son had a small accident with his Jeep. I told him to find a shop close to where he lives. He selected Liberty Collision. The team at Liberty were outstanding. They worked closely with my son, were truly honest and trustworthy. They completed the work in record time at a wonderful price. I cannot say enough about Liberty. I highly recommend them for your collision needs. Thanks for the great service.
