“We have used the vets at Apollo since we moved to the valley 22 years ago. Their vets are extremely professional, skilled and efficient as well as caring. They are very busy but they will work to make sure your pets are cared for in as timely fashion as possible. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Even on extremely busy days they take the time to assess the speed with which you need to be seen. They take explicit notes to relay info to the docs and get answers for your questions and needs quickly when they are able to. I highly recommend this practice to care for your pets. I have a problem with a doctor who doesn't look at you when she is speaking to you, I have a problem with a doctor who doesn't bother to listen to the patient's concerns , I have a problem with a 3 minute visit, I believe that i should at least be given 15 minutes to tell a doctor what I've been experiencing. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone and will be looking for a quality doctor who cares. I find it very insulting how she walks off without giving instructions.
