I know personally how everything is.You get comfortable at a workplace and fret about leaving and wondering if I am doing the right thing . Well I was a housekeeper and laundry aide for the first seven and half. I learned how to respect this residents individually with humanlity and respect and dignity. They ALL deserve. I put my emotions on at work and my brace smile and keep with grace (most days). I am now a CNA and will continue on in this medical field one way or another. Everyone deserves respect because one day and we have or will need some kind of assistance. Bella Vita has been through a lot of critical criticism but I will be honest. I know we can do better and are doing helluva lot better. They gave me me branches to my tree and nutrition when I was hungry for growth. And the sun still shines here.
