I'm hooked! I've always been intimidated going to a gym but let me tell you this isn't your ordinary gym experience. Small classes with a variety of times to fit into your schedule; fun, knowledgeable, and friendly instructors; and an amazing workout where you can set your pace, modify when needed, or kick up the intensity leaving you sweaty and feeling good...and the only competition is yourself. Highly, highly recommend Sue and staff at ilovekickboxing/glendale! Come kick some bags!

ILoveKickboxing offers great classes and great instructors. The workouts are as intense as you make it. The more classes that you attend the better you'll be able to push your limits. The more that you push your limits the better results you'll get.

ILKB Glendale has awesome classes. Each class is an awesome workout; the instructors are amazing; and overall a great way to get in shape. If you do the 6 week challenge, you definitely have to be 100% dedicated. It is an incredibly hard challenge, but the results are worth it.

The name says it all ~ "I Love Kickboxing"! I have been a member for the past 5 years and I absolutely love it! The trainers are all amazing and make the workouts fun and challenging! You never get bored with the workouts because they change every class. The members are also great and new friendships are formed through our fit fam!
