True REST Float Spa - Glendale

Opens soon. First time floating in the morning. For me this has helped me tremendously recover from a 2 level spinal fusion I had 1 1/2 years ago. Not only do I float but I also work out 4-5 days a week and have a therapeutic massage 2 x’s a month. I honestly have to say by incorporating these 3 items since my surgery I have not seen a doctor except for my pain management specialist in 2020. I love the Glendale float spa as they are incredibly kind, very clean, and help you totally relax. I will forever be a member.

True REST Float Spa is an amazing place that is like an oasis in a desert. It is something we all need and I can not stop bragging to my friends and family about its wonderful therapeutic benefits. The staff here is amazing. They are well informed and attentive to the needs of their clients. I will definitely keep going back because of the experience alone.

I absolutely love this float spa, it's always very clean and welcoming. I've done probably around 12 floats or so here and had profound experiences every time. When I first started going, I was too claustrophobic to close the pod and kept it open. After some time, I got more comfortable with floating and kept my pod closed for the float. I was unable financially to keep my membership going, but I look forward to when I can resume my monthly floats. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!

As first timers my wife and I had a great experience at True Rest float spa the staff were warm and friendly and acted in a totally professional manner. The physical environment was Zen-like and the ambience inspired healing and relaxation It goes without saying that my experience was so extremely gratifying that were I living in Arizona going TRUE REST would become a part of my health REGIMEN.
