I was having trouble settling an issue with a student housing apartment from over a year ago. It was hard to get a response from them to settle this issue. Instead, they sent it to collections.

Cristina Perez was wonderful. She got back to us very quickly and helped to mediate a resolution. She stayed in contact the whole time. We were able to get this resolved fairly fast.
