Went to the folk festival the music was fantastic the park is beautiful I like when they have the buildings open for tours
This place is a slice... Orchard, rose garden, peace & quiet with so many lovely peacocks.
This is a Must See Experience! The History is amazing, there's wild life everywhere and flowers. History of the property over the years is so interesting. They have buildings, tools and tables for picnics with grills. Lots of room for families & green lawns to enjoys. The Peacocks and Rooster & Chickens were incredible! If you sweet talk them they will come right up to you! Great way to spend the day...make sure you head over to the adjoining Glendale Public Library if you have time. They have peacocks also & nice clean restrooms. Enough said....
It's a beautiful area with surrounded by a natural habitat garden which is directly adjacent to the Glendale Public Library Main branch which is right off 59th Avenue and Brown Street. It is between Olive Ave and Peoria Avenue. It's a great place to take your kids for a fun outing.
