“Took a look at this place and had a great experience touring the property with one of the friendly staffs. Looks like it’s nicely and newly renovated. Was on top of my list of considerations, but I ended up having to transfer out of state. If I ever transfer back I would make this my first choice to look at again. Nice clean small community with a very nice pool area. Close to Glendale Community college, restaurants and grocery.”

“I haven't had an issue with this place yet. I would recommend putting the office phone on Google maps for this location so that people don't have to deal with the aggravating machine every time they call. That being said the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The storage facilities are clean and spacious. They even offer climate controlled units for people like myself that baby their electronics and don't want them sitting out in the heat. I absolutely love the courtesy calls, especially when the machine refuses to accept my card information for payment over the phone.”

“Well maintained area for hiking and biking. Went and it was very busy which wasn’t too big of a problem. Pretty view from the top. Pretty easy trail. It’s not paved but nothing to aggressive. There was plenty of parking for the area. There could be some better signage for different trails. I saw some people biking but it wasn’t clear where those trails were.”

“I am so HAPPY with Dr. Calkin. Literally on day one she was able to communicate with me her thoughts on certain lab works that I had. WHICH IS GREAT. I was going to HonorHealth for a year and a half and even tho my lab works were consistent for a year, they NEVER communicated their thoughts or prescribed me medication. Finally, made a switch and I couldn't be happier taking the road to better health. All the staff members were sweet, were genuinely concerned, and the clinic was clean. I recommend. “I have to admit there has been a couple changes for the past 2 years in this complex but I am glad to see some returning faces to this property and trying to clean it out. We like the area as we have no issues and kids play with friends from school that live in the same complex. I have not had issues other than maintenance service requests in the past and they have been pretty good on getting those completed on time. I cant wait until we get the extra dumpsters to have a clean place. Maybe adding concrete trash bins around the complex will keep it clean and have that gate fixed to avoid a lot of unnecessary traffic and homeless people digging thru the garbage.”
