(July 27, 2019, 6:44 am)Good cost on rent , which did not increase over time. Good location. Maintenance was prompt and efficient. Administration was polite and professional. Website was user friendly. Egress and ingress from 67th Ave into apartment complex was difficult.
(April 25, 2019, 12:25 pm)I have been looking around for awhile at Apartments. Initially I was/am interested in Sunset Landing which is next door. I was told about this one. I went, no tour but got info. Sent email asking questions. No reply, I go in again a week later, got a tour, yes it is gated which is a major plus. After much thought I chose it. Well, that has changed, I sent an email again about a week ago, no reply. Has me wondering, if I get ignored as a prospective tenant, how are they once you move in? 4 stars because property looked very clean, maintenance seemed nice and the customer service was good. At least to your face. I have decided to go back to Sunset Landing. At least they return calls, emails and even keep updated on waiting lists.
