My daughter, wife, and I have been here since they opened and we won’t be going to another gym, ever. Drama free, friendly, professional, what else could you ask for? Oh, and they have A/C!

(September 11, 2019, 12:04 am)I love Kilo. This is another place I call home. Everyone is so welcoming and so friendly. The coach's are amazing and I could not have a better experience transitioning from just crossfit to just weight lifting. Even the atmosphere in Kilo is amazing!

Coaches Jet & Keven run an excellent operation. Not only is the gym clean, but the vibe is out of this world. Everyone has a great attitude and is supportive of one another. Join Kilo and never look back!

I’ve been to many different gyms and CFs only to end up giving up because I couldn’t keep up...but Kilo has a plan just for me! In that I feel successful! I don’t have to meet a certain standard or perform a certain way to fit in at Kilo! I love that all the coaches work with me to meet my goals, while also making me feel like I’m at home! Personal workout plan and nutrition all Tailored to get me to where I want to be physically and mentally. I started out wanting to get fit, but I find myself more motivated to expand my goals everyday. Kilo has helped me in so many ways in and out of the gym! It’s not the dreaded workout like before, it’s my release, and the part of my day I look forward to now! I love Kilo and look forward to becoming stronger in every way! Thanks Kilo for the everything! I feel more confident than I ever have before!
