(November 23, 2019, 12:29 am)I bounce between 3 LA Fitness gyms & this location is probably my favorite. I work out in the AM & it's not crowded. Open floorplan, wide variety of machines, clean, & large pool & spa. Location only has a dry sauna (this location would be the best if they also had wet sauna).

You'll be achieving whatever goals you have in mind, in ways you never thought of, with his help and guidance. Outstanding customer service, he really goes above and beyond for his clients.
(July 22, 2019, 3:51 pm)I wanted to take the time and make sure that an employee there gets what she deserves. I went in as a guest and I noticed that there was a lady walking the area where I was. Everyone seemed to know her, she seemed very pleasant. At first I though she was there to exercise, but soon enough I realized she was an employee, in charge of maintenance. She went above and beyond making sure that the equipment people where using was clean and sanitized. She conducted herself with a smile on her face. She was asked to clean a machine, not in a very good way, her response was, "yes Sr., I apologize let me take care of it right away. Please allow me to make it better for you, this is my job and want to make sure that you are as happy as I am to be here". That spoke greatly of her! I hope management notices and at least would let her know that she is appreciated there. I asked her for her name; she said it was Maria Garcia.
Thank you Maria! Because of you I will become a member!
