This guy really knows his stuff. My situation was a desktop w10 that had a flickering monitor. I replaced the monitor but it didn't solve the problem. I wasted over 3 weeks searching all through the many websites trying to find the solution. But they all said pretty much the same thing. I uploaded all new drivers, and did a number of other things that were recommended and it still blinked on and off. I contacted Dell Support who ran a whole day of tests trying fixes, and had me restore the system, so I lost all my applications and had to start over from scratch -- but nothing changed. Finally, I looked for a computer tech and found Dave. In just one afternoon he solved the problem. If you want someone to fix your computer, he is the guy.

Excellent service and fair price. Dave identified the problem quickly (SSD went out), but still practiced due dilligence by checking the rest of the hardware. Had a replacement on hand and got things up and running again. He couldn't retrieve the data, but I knew he would have if it was possible.

I hate Dell but I love Dave at QuikTek. He saved me hundreds of dollars by bringing my Dell back to life in two days. With a BSOD (blue screen of death) error, I thought my three-year-old computer was dead but he brought it back to life quickly and inexpensively. Thanks, Dave!
