FAST® | Foothills Acceleration & Sports Training | Stetson Village

I originally began physical therapy with the Foothills team who I HIGHLY recommend. Once my injuries were on the way to healing, I was introduced to the FAST team. While I have always been very active in the gym, I was missing some serious instruction on proper form and technique to help prevent future injuries, as well as how to train against my strong/weak sides and quad vs glute dominance. Dre, Kyle, and the rest of the team at FAST are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable in sports training and performance. They are constantly customizing my training sessions and pushing me to new limits-- even if I complain:) My form is night and day improved, my strength has increased, and I have been injury free for 6 months now. While I could easy take what I know and move on to my home or big box gym, I look forward to my weekly workouts with this team and plan to work with them well into the future.

I have been training at FAST for over a year. Kyle took the time to learn how I work, where I was at physically and developed a plan to address my muscle imbalances in a manner that is appropriate for my desired training style. I have made a great deal of progress working out with Kyle and the other trainers at FAST. Whether you are a beginner, coming off of physical therapy or a long-time athlete looking to improve your game, FAST trainers can help you reach your next level. I highly recommend the Arrowhead facility and their staff.
