I give Papa John's 5 stars because they've never disappointed me until last night and today...Therefore I refuse to give them a bad review due to one managers poor people skills and bad customer service. I placed a delivery order last night at around 10:25pm. My order was taken and I paid with my Cash App. I was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. At 11:40pm when my order still had not yet arrived, I called to find them closed. I them checked my Cash App only to find the transaction had been cancelled at 10:47pm. When I called today to speak to a manager about the situation at hand I was told that there was nothing he could do about it and that the order was never even prepared. Well why was it not, I ask and then why am I not being comped for my trouble? Why was I then treated as if it were no big deal? When I questioned his decision, he hung up on me. I then called back to ask his name and he told me his first name and hung up on me again. Which leads me to the question, how did this manager that mishandled my call aquire his position in the first place? I'm very disappointed about this event, not to mention the meal that myself my boss and my co worker missed after a very long and hard day on the construction job. We woke early this morning to start work again after going to bed hungry. Really not happy about that. I won't mention his name here but I will be contacting their corporate office about his lack of management skills and this quite dissatisfying event.

It's been three Orders since this incident and they've been correct, even called once to confirm an order. Good turnaround staff.
I've been on the search for a new Reflexology place. My luck, I was blessed to find my original massage person working at this location! My excitement was through the roof. As my first time here, I was taken care of by her good coworker Jae (or Jane? Sorry). Massage was over the top Perfect! Added touch was the hot rocks afterwards, absolutely 💯 percent Awesome!! I will definitely be back, and, will be bringing my friends and referring others as well. Thank you again!
I went to this foot massage place without great expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised at the experience. My feet were very sore before I came here. Other foot massage shops didn't help the soreness in my feet. This place is top notch. They treat your feet professionally. I am 70 years old. When I left my feet felt like they did when I was in my 30's. I will definitely be coming back here soon.
I've been to Comfort Feet several times now and every time, the massage is exactly what I needed. You can ask for whatever pressure is comfortable to you and can undress to your comfort level. They (Lily or Jing) provide extra coverings as needed.
Their 60 and 70 min massages ($40 & $45 respectively) are head to toe, and the latter price point includes hot stones. Other price tiers include extra services or longer times.
If you just need feet, you can get 1 hour for $30 and up (depending on the extra services you want). I believe the 1 hour includes hot stones.
My wife and I have been going here for a year. We get massages regularly, but we always go back to see Jing and Lilly. They are so sweet, caring, and give the best massage. They are very comparable to more expensive spas. Whether stopping by for 30 or 90 minutes they always take great care of us! We highly recommend them and Comfort Feet! Customer's for life!
