Great customer service! The store was busy, people were acting a bit crazy, and all the employees still had a smile and were happy to help me track something down.

Was an amazing experience, even after I already purchased my shoes and left, weeks later, I called saying I lost my receipt and Jessica was able to track it down and even emailed it to me. I couldn’t be happier the time and money I was saved.

I was impressed by how many boots they have there. They have everything you need to be a cowboy or cowgirl. All of the employees were very nice and accommodating, making my shopping experience a pleasant one. ( I was in there over an hour ) I ended up getting the Moonshine spirit boots and I love them! I shopped at the Glendale store and will definitely shop there again in the future. Thank you boot barn.

Came in here a few weeks ago and told the salesman I've never had a pair of cowboy boots and needed help finding a good pair. He literally helped me for about an hour and had me try on a bunch until I found the right pair. Thought that was really cool. Not many places or people for that matter will do that kind of stuff anymore. I'll buy my next pair of work boots here bc of this experience
