" Justice here" I purchased 3 phones from this location from Brenda, this girl was the worst. Not sure why she didn't like us from the beginning. Another couple walked in behind us she right away said she had discounts and sales to offer them. I asked her about them, her response was we only have what was on sale for Thanksgiving. I'm like u offered them a discount for the turn on?She ignored me, 1 of the phones is a Samsung that was not keeping charge and was heating up while charging. I spoke to Michael A yesterday afternoon he told me he would be able to assist me at 1:00 pm the next day which is 2day if the phone was having the issues I mentioned, he never showed up. We spent almost 500.00 dollars on these phones so yes I'd like this issue taken care off.
I was assisted by a girl named Brittney she was friendly, courteous, respectful and had great customer service. She examined the phone and felt how hot it was and exchanged it for me. Thank u Brittney for ur customerservice! Yes I have been to this location in the past n' all the great ppl are no longer working here!...
