Solano Pointe

Moved here in September 2021 and absolutely love my new apartment and I look forward to going home every night. I have looked at so many apartments in the west valley before choosing Solano Pointe and I couldn't of made a better choice! Since living here, the new management have made great upgrades. The staff and maintenance have been very helpful, friendly, and intentive. The community is quite and safe. I have decided to settle in for a very long time with Solano Pointe.

I moved to Solano Pointe in June 2021. At the time it was managed by Chamberlin and I could hardly get ahold of them. They never answered their phones. This new management is amazing especially, Astrid, I believe her name is. There was an issue with my rent charges and despite how busy they were and all the remolding that is going on she made sure to take care of it. She has such a positive attitude and is very very sweet.

Unfortunately this place does have stray cats and roaches. I have seen about 10 roaches since I have been here which is not bad. I think you definitely get what you pay for. My only concern is the area of this apartment complex is not the best. I definitely would not feel comfortable walking around at night.

Overall, it has been pleasant living here, my neighbors are quiet and respectful.

Maintenance is great and very kind people.
