this is a wonderful and caring facility. My brother stayed there and he was very happy and everyone was kind and the home was always clean and homey. Other facilities just have a lot of recliners in a living room facing a TV, not Bella House. Its homey and the residents are able to move around freely and they get great attention. Franchisca is so great, she even took my brother to church every sunday and always tried to take the residents out for outings before Covid. She truly treats each person like family and keeps the family informed of any needs they have. She and her staff communicate with the families on everything and are very knowledgeable .I would strongly recommend Bella House for anyone seeking quality care with a loving touch for family members who need assistance.

I unequivocally recommend Bella House, a safe, caring and comfortable home managed by an empathetic, responsible and organized manager with an intelligent and compassionate staff. My family has known the manager for almost a decade. We first met her when my brother was living in a different group home, before he became eligible for long term care. She picked up on the family dynamics very quickly, and accommodated the expectations of both my brother and my parents - no mean feat! A few years later, after my parents passed away, I learned that she had opened Bella House and I was ecstatic when my brother was able to move there. I must trust those who look after him as I am not local, and I do trust the staff at Bella House. They respond to my emails and phone calls promptly, always take the time to discuss any issues I might have and reach out to keep me informed. They are also very knowledgeable about the Arizona health care system and the Phoenix area in general and I rely on them for guidance. They always make me feel very welcome every time I have the opportunity to visit. I am so grateful to them for creating an environment my brother can truly call home, and for giving me peace of mind when it comes to his well being. Thank you Bella House!

I first learned of the Bella House when a family member that I had been caring for was placed there. It is a nice environment with the comforts of home. The residents each have different needs, and they are treated as individuals. They receive home-cooked meals, medication management, and other services as needed. There is also transportation to medical appointments as well as group outings for enrichment and socialization. A small caring staff is committed to encourage each resident to be the best that they can be. Outstanding support.

I highly reccomend The Bella House. The care they are giving my mom is unsurpassable. My mom has been in several facilities but The Bella House is the only one that has taken the responsibility of making and keeping all of her numerous doctor's appointments. They even took the initiative to get her dentures and see if she's a candidate for cochlear implants Before COVID they took the residents out on several day trips such as the Glendale Senior Center, Chocolate Festival and Church. They allowed my mom to choose the color of paint for her room and helped her decorate it to help her feel at home. The staff is caring and extremely patient with my mom and are great at keeping me informed of how she is doing. I know that my mom is safe and well cared for. I am so thankful for The Bella House. I know that I can't take care of my mom as well as they do. I can't thank them enough.
