  Very happy with the entire experience. Scott was my plumber, and did a great job.
  These days it's hard to know who to trust. I feel like I received a square deal.
  Will definitely choose Roto-Rooter for future projects!

  Alex and Troy were great, showed me some things I can do myself. The price of $240 an hour was quite outrageous though for 30mins of time. The office never gave me a heads up call either. My experience lately has been the guys in the field are better at communicating than the office that drives them. The service guys get 5 stars the office gets 1 star.

  Excellent service. Called us right back with time Kyle would be arriving. Gave us cost upfront and bill was exactly that amount. Kyle was the best he worked hard at getting our drain unclogged but he beat it and we have a draining sink again better than ever. Keep up the great customer service. Thanks????

  Kyle was a great technician who showed up on time with the request on a Sunday evening. He was able to get my kitchen sink unclogged and gave me a recommendation to not wait to long to have the full plumbing replaced at my home. I mention I am liking to add on and will have it all replaced. Thanks for a job well done Kyle.
