Have had numerous troubles with AT&T and so it was time to switch services. I was recommended Cricket by a friend for their amazing customer service and willingness to help and that is exactly what I got. I went in and was greeted immediately by Elvira and was given comfort my issues would be resolved with this company. She went out of her way and took her time explaining everything in a way I could understand. She made the process easy and simple! This is customer service, Cricket, whatever you do, keep hiring amazing people like Elvira!!

Went all over the valley trying to find someone to help with my phone troubles. Couldn't seem to find a plan that worked for me until I met Elvira. She was able to explain exactly what my options were. I left the store with a bra,d new phone and a plan that worked for me. If 10 stars were an option I would give 10.
