Had a awesome time it made my whole night memorable

3 years ago I gave a review about Grand Missouri that was a little negative about the management in play then and how all the parks amenities, pools, clubhouse, weight room were always closed to the residents. This was pre Covid-19 so I couldn't see why these amenities were no longer available for residents to enjoy. Poor management seemed to be the culprit.
Fast forward to present day and I can tell you that the whole ambience/ mood of the park has dramatically changed for the better. What a difference the new management has done with revitalizing this community. The Clubhouse is available to residents and pools and weight room should be coming available very soon. The difference being that this manager has a plan and she along with the owner are on the same page with what needs to change, how to implement these changes that will provide all the residents the amenities we all can enjoy as well as always striving to provide a safe family oriented community. Good job!

Since the very first day we moved here , we lived comfortably everything clean . We loved how the manager Terry always treat us and welcome us , along with any questions we had , she always managed to help us . Until our very last day we had our inspections by Manager Terry , and her assistant Maxci they were so kind and really helpful. We will definitely missed it all! thank you !!!

We have lived here for almost a year, Terry the manager has been amazing. She is very friendly and treats you with the upmost respect. The property is clean and so are the pools. I will recommend Grand Missouri to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
