Carlos is great, clean, and cautious when servicing my unit! He is very quick but effective and polite! My work orders are always completed in a timely manner with a positive attitude! Thanks Carlos! Big shout out to Ruby, the community manager, for also always taking care of us here at Glen Brae!

I lived at this location for many years, I would still be there if not for a major accident that changed many things in my life. Through out the years living there I met and became friends with many of my neighbors. The ladies in the office were always very friendly and helpful . And I loved how if there were any issues maintenace was right on it . I really do miss it there!

Luz, Ruby and Marci have all been amazing to work with having to move my MIL. I don’t know how many times I had to call them and every time they were all so caring and helpful and nice! Thank you for just being nice and compassionate and helpful during a time where my wife and I really needed it as we were going through a stressful move. If I lived in state, I’d move here in a heartbeat just because of these 3 amazing souls!

I was on an extensive search for an apt for my mother in Glendale and all I found was rude apartment managers who had no desire to help with our situation. I was so happy to have found Glen Brae and Luz and Ruby. They were helpful without me having to ask. They knew what I needed to know and just overall put my mind at ease. They are truly angels! The residents of GB are so fortunate to have them at the helm. I met a neighbor while moving in and she just sang praises about them both and I can see why!

This is by far the most understanding and flexible apartment manage my team I have ever experienced. They really do make it feel like the care about you and will listen to you. With all the stress of the pandemic and financial situations not being at their best for most people they have really adapted and have been providing the best customer service I have received from any management. I’ve been here for 2 years and have had no problems. Thank you to the team for always being willing to help!
