Tried to use my T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for the free shrimp tackle box after a $5 purchase; but their computers weren’t able to complete my order. The manager (Ashly) helped me out by honoring the promotion. She apologized about the issue and said that their computers are new and sometimes won’t accept certain promotions. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. This is a new store and I’m sure there’s glitches in their system that need to be worked out. I’m glad Ashley is there to help with any issues for others as well. Her professionalism helped maintain a positive outcome in my situation, and satisfied another customer. I’ll definitely be back.
