Terra Pointe Memory Care | Glendale

My mom has been a resident at Terra Pointe since September 2018. When my sister and I went for our first tour, we met with Eva and Claudia who was wonderful and caring and made us feel very comfortable. When we left, I immediatley said to my sister, "I want this place." The whole facility is well maintained and always clean. The staff is always friendly and caring and they do an outstanding job of taking care of everyone. I can't imagine how hard it must be. I would recommend Terra Pointe to anyone who has a loved one suffering from Alzheimers/Dementia. You will have peace of mind knowing that your loved one is in the right place!
Also, they always have yummy cookies when you walk in and Jackson, the resident dog, is there to greet you on the weekdays when he is there!!

After my visit to Terra Pointe I am convinced this is the place where I will feel the most comfortable placing my mother when the time comes. I have looked around and Terra Pointe is undoubtedly the best choice around. Friendly, caring, qualified staff with great attitudes towards the care for the residents and thier needs really shows.

I am so excited to join the Terra Pointe team as the new executive director. I have had the honor and privilege of working in the memory care/assisted living industry for 25 years.I am so impressed with our wonderful team of managers and employees.We have a beautiful community ready to provide services to our residents with compassion, dignity and respect. I have been at the community several times and this is the most caring staff one could ask for. The community always feels bright and clean and the residents always appear well cared for and happy. I have also had the opportunity to eat there and the chef and kitchen staff prepare the most delicious food in the world.

Terra Pointe is nothing less than phenomenal! Everyone is very caring, there is awesome new management, the facility is immaculate and welcoming. It is comforting knowing the staff at Terra Pointe give their clients/residents the care, attention and respect they need throughout the day and night.
