I see all these comments about the place being dirty and if people actually had common sense and actually clean up after them selves it wouldnt be so bad. Like i saw a mother and her kid getting drinks and the kids slushie goes all over the place. I actually herd the mother tell her kid to just get a new one the people who work there will clean it up. Are you kidding me... but other than the stupid people all the employees are really cool and helpful. Exept for that new assistant manager patrick. I think hes probably russian.”

“It's nice to drive up and get recognized simply by your voice and they know your order. There is one specific girl that does that and I love it! Sometimes the line gets long and the wait is a bit long but the service is always good.They handle the line quickly and efficiently and the longest I've seen a line in my visit is probably 7 minutes from start to finish.”

“We need more places like this on the west side and to support our cravings for legit milk tea! The aloha milk tea was amazing, strong tea flavor and sweetness perfectly balanced. We've been longing for brown sugar milk tea and they have it!! I wish they actually sealed the tops and not an open dome so we could actually mix it. The caramelized brown sugar hardened a bit and couldn't be thoroughly mixed. Overall still good and we'd come back again!”
