“I am giving this company 4 stars due to their lack of professionalism. Mostly with their office and admin department. The movers were perfect, couldn’t have asked for better customer services. However their clerical assistant Jennifer was unhelpful and very unprofessional. Didn’t return my calls and when I did make contact with her she lied and tried to hurry up and get me off the phone. Then said she’d call me back in 20 mins and never called back, when I tried to call back she didn’t answer and her phone was actually off. 2 hours later, after I called the two numbers back a million times. I finally made contact with someone via: text - asking me to text the Number. Then received a call from Jennifer who acted like she had never spoken to me, and then said she was calling me from her personal number and then said she was sorry forgot to call. Completely unhelpful and frustrating when you only have a simple question.. honesty from the start when we first made contact would have been VERY PRODUCTIVE!! Not to mention .. annoying !”

“Out job was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment w/ garage in Arrowhead to a house in Anthem. Our move took 3 hours. The movers at this company are rockstars! Notable difficult items they moved for us were a reclining couch, a full antique 6 drawer dresser, and tons of boxes. The company started out with a really bad impression, as they were supposed to be at our apartment at 11AM. They ended up arriving unannounced at 7:30PM to perform the move after I went back and forth with the office/dispatcher and owner all day. I had actually given up and hired other movers, and was about to go out to dinner! Robert made sure things were made right, and preserved us as customers. Since they were 8.5 hours late, they upgraded us for free to a 26' truck, upgraded us for free from 2 to 6 guys, and moved everything in 3 hours. The only thing negatively impacted during the move was my mattress which got soiled by the truck floor, but they gave me a dollar amount off of the bill to cover cleaning costs. Robert and team completely pulled a rabbit out of the hat on this move--a huge thank you to the team of guys who took such good care of us! We made sure to show them our appreciation by providing pizza, donuts, and water.”

“It’s amazing how people are so quick to leave negative reviews. I guarantee if the move was 100% perfect half of the people wouldn’t say a word. My experience was great! I had an in home estimate with a gentleman named Rob. He wasn’t super smiley or overly friendly, but he was honest and to the point about the cost and what would take place. The price he gave me for a 4 bedroom house to move across the US was EXACTLY what I paid. I chose to do my own packing and wrapping and everything got to me as it was when it left my old house. The only thing I noticed was a small scratch on my china hutch, but I don’t see the big deal as I’m sure there is shifting in transport and something probably knocked into it. They even delivered 4 days earlier than they told me originally. I had a good experience overall.”
