We needed outlets moved, ceiling wiring moved, new can lights installed, under cabinet lighting installed, outdoor lighting, ring motion detectors installed...I’m probably forgetting some but everything was done perfectly. I didn't pay it too much attention as that phrase is thrown around a lot but rarely backed-up, at least from my experiences. He backed it up and it was a nice surprise. I also noticed that he is a good manager. I told him I wanted to show my appreciation somehow and his response was "sure, you can buy the guys in the shop a gatorade, they do all the hard work, they'd like that". That's good leadership and looking out for your employees. Kudos Jerome and thanks again!”
