  Oil change and visual inspection. They take oil changes from 10a to 4p. , same price as dealer for the synthetic oil change.
  Great detailed pictures of anything needed to be addressed which can be text or emailed to you.
  
  Polite service writer and nice waiting room with wifi. Answered any question I had to my satisfaction. Switched from Toyota dealer because an oil change takes 2hours with an appointment. CB took 1 hr and 15 minutes for the oil change and they did not even touch my car for the first 45 minutes out in the parking lot ... so what is the use of an appointment?
  
  Will be trying 2 other places to see how they handle people's valuable time . If the other places are the same I would have no issue returning to CB. Not trying to bash them but any shop which takes appointments should pull the car into the bay within 10 minutes of arriving and take maybe a total time of 45 -55 minutes total out the door .
  
  In my opinion this and the visual inspection can be done without rushing in this time frame. My previous shop which won the BBB award for business ethics did all this within this time frame or quicker , sadly the owner sold the business and the new ownership did not retain the service or customer relations part of the business to prior standards.
  
  In summary don't be afraid to try this shop . Based on one visit only , they seem to be very reputable and capable in handling your maintenance .

  I took our daughters car to this location and we had a great experience. Although there was some drastic items wrong with my daughters car and we decided to not make the repairs. The service was awesome. We were brought up to speed and was kept in the loop the whole time. They even came and picked me up with the courtesy shuttle. Top notch service. I also appreciate the text message updates as well. We will be going back for sure.

  Beautiful facility, friendly staff, superb shuttle service. Disappointed that all they did was suggest several hundred dollars in service and repairs to see if that fixed the issue, and if it didn't, they would then perform the diagnosis I was expecting them to do initially. While I appreciate their electronic means of communication of status and delivery of estimates is efficient for them, as the customer, I prefer the good old phone call so that questions can be asked and repairs can be fully explained. I will certainly give them credit as they did not charge anything for the inspection, but as I already stated, they didn't do the diagnosis that I had brought the vehicle in for originally

  I decided to try out this new location and have my car looked at last-minute a few days ago, and I’m so glad that I did. From start to finish, I was very impressed with the quality of service. Each step of the way, the staff communicated what was going to be done, and followed up afterward. I enjoyed the fact that they take photos of all inspected components of the vehicle as it is being worked on. Good to know that I can trust them to get the job done right.

  The new Goodyear location is awesome! Clint was the person who checked me in and priced all the work. He was very pleasant and told me all the required service and prices. I was also surprised at the great prices for the service. Clint told me they will keep me updated on the service as they were completed and held true to the promise!
  
  They drained and flushed all my 2012 Nissan Armada system fluids. During the transmission flush, it was identified that the rear differential needed replacing due to a worn pinion bearing.
  
  The technician ordered and replaced the differential and got me back on the road in minimal time. They offered me shuttle service on all visits.
  
  What sold me most, they also are supportive of the military and it’s members and made this 24 year Retiree proud and happy!
  
  I will definitely use this location and their service in the future!
