I have been riding for 24 years and I can say that this dealership was like walking into home. Took my son to buy his first Harley here. Ronny Cantarero, salesperson, took him to every model and had him try each one out. He really cared that my son rode off on what he wanted and not a dollar amount for a sale. I’m so grateful for this very memorable experience.

Honestly don't really know where to begin. From the start of just making an inquiry to purchasing a beautiful 2017 breakout, everyone along the way from a super awesome and knowledgeable sells lady Keely Smith to honestly everyone in the other departments as well. All of them are very polite, knowledgeable, and just down right good energy. I have already been back since I bought the motorcycle to pick up some more riding gear and once again everyone was super nice and helpful. Absolutely satisfied with the buying process and communication. Zee, Rusty, and John are absolute professional and made me feel like a Harley Davidson owner before I even purchased the motorcycle. They went above and beyond to ensure I received the biggest bang for my buck. I remember when RoadRunner was first being built I thought what a great addition to have a brand new Harley Davidson dealer on the West Side. Now I have visited several times for different reasons. Everything from doing the motorcycle safety course, to service and apparel. What I can tell you is every single member of the team has made me feel welcome with a friendly and helpful attitude. My 15 year old daughter often joins me when I visit and just yesterday she said their whole vibe is positive which I completely agree with. Now I'm the type of person when I find good service, which is rare, I'm a customer for life so I guess you're stuck with me.
