I want to thank Dr. Higgins and the entire team at CNS Memory Clinic for being so kind and compassionate. They helped me begin putting together the pieces of my life, and I’m beyond grateful. I recommend CNS Memory Clinic 100%.

We just finished our final appointment with CNS Memory Clinic, and we had a wonderful experience. As another reviewer said, yes, it did take a little while to get in, but it was worth it. It was the best, most accurate picture of what is going on with my (autistic) family member’s health that we have ever received. Additionally, Dr. Higgins didn’t just give us a picture of what is going on, he also gave us a multi-point game plan to help improve weak areas. We are very excited about the future! Everyone in the office that we encountered was outstanding. I am not sure if they have different staff than a couple years ago when another reviewer gave one star, but that review doesn’t reflect our experience on the 3 times we have been there. I highly recommend CNS Memory Clinic.

I just finished with my three appointments today. Yes, it took some time to get through all my appointments, but that's usually how it is with specialists, and it didn't bother me one bit. I'm learning to hone in on my patience levels the older I get, and it was well worth the wait. Dr. Higgins spent quite some time going over all my results from testing in an in-depth and kind manner. He even cracked some jokes and laughed! It's always nice to find a doctor with a human side they're not afraid to show. I've always known I had something or other going on, but could never find a doctor that would take the time to actually listen to me, and not gaslight me and just want to put me on "x" medication without actually knowing much about me, and say, "Ok, see ya in 6 months to follow-up." That's definitely not how Dr. Higgins and his team operate. Dr. Higgins and his team, during all three appointments, were always knowledgeable, professional and took the time to care. The testing specialists are a bit indifferent, but that's how they have to be in that position for getting to know you. They're not meant to be your best friend, but the two I worked with were both very patient and kind and answered all of my questions and did their jobs very well. I went in not expecting a whole lot of insight, but I was pleasantly surprised from meeting a very genuine and caring Dr. Higgins today, and gaining insight into why the wheels in my head turn the way they do, and he gave me great recommendations and a plan that will help me be the best version of myself. I'm actually excited to share his findings and recommendations to my mental health doctor, and hopefully find what works best for me! Thank you Dr. Higgins for actually listening to me, and making me feel like an actual person, rather than just a number in the waiting room. Dr. Higgins and his team were wonderful from day one, and I definitely recommend anyone, young or wise, to give CNS Memory Clinic a try. You might just finally find what's causing you to think and feel the way you do, and can get help and resources to become the best you that you can be!

Dr. Higgins provided great insight into what’s going on with my health. He listened and explained in a way I can understand. His bedside manner is fantastic. Kind, courteous, compassionate and friendly. Im glad my PCP sent me here. The staff are great too. It was a long test and a bit of a wait to have the results but that’s to be expected with most specialists. When it comes down to the actual care and treatment CNS/Dr. Higgins and his staff are awesome. Thank you Dr. Higgins for listening, for your recommendations, and for helping me.
