  I found myself in the unenviable position of needing a memory care/assisted living facility for my wife. I quickly found that not all memory care facilities are created equal. I feel very fortunate to have found Pebble Heights, Anca Barbur and her team of caregivers. Pebble Heights provides a home environment and is located in a large home in a residential neighborhood. The home is well decorated and Anca keeps it fresh with seasonal and holiday decorations. The care provided my wife exceeds what I was able to provide at home and they work well with hospice. The cleanliness and upkeep of the home is impeccable and there is never an odor which I found in other facilities. The home-cooked meals are much better than I could provide and my wife has even been able to gain a few pounds for which I am very thankful. My wife feels safe and content and this home truly has a feeling of family. If you find yourself in need as I did, give Anca a call and take a tour.

  My mom moved in on March 30,2022 into Pebble Creek Assisted Living facility. The facility is operated under the Owner/Manager Anca B. She is a caring and warm hearted person to all the residents there. She really cares for the welfare of the residents. Her loving staff is truly an excellent source of support and constantly adhering to my mom's needs as well as to the other residents. My family and I are so glad for a place like this. We are truly blessed to find such an exceptional Assisted Living facility for my mom.

  Pebble Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care has done wonders for my wife. She entered there after being in a hospital and rehab for several months. I selected the home after experience 3 months of care at another care facility last year refuse to continue her care once she required acute wound care. Once I realize a care change was required, I toured and compared 4 other area homes before selecting Pebble Creek. In March of this year, my wife was down trodden and quite unkempt from her progression from long term care, ICU, and rehabilitation over the course of 5 months before arriving at Pebble Creek. The Pebble Creek home is immaculate and cheerfully arranged for attending to persons requiring acute medical/memory care and mobility assistance. It has outdoor space to encourage independent residents (with or without wheel chairs) to enjoy the AZ climate at their liesure. The encouraging environment and home cooked meals have really cheered up my wife and created regular interaction to make her smile. Anca Barbur and team have created a celebratory environment and provide top notch care and cleanliness to all the residents. It is marvelous to see the smile return to my wife's face as she completes her wound care and returns to a more normal living routine. Anca and staff treat residents with enthusiasm and respect. Anca's tenacity in arranging the best care plan for my wife has been privilege to experience first hand. Anca has a "no-nonsense", "can-do" attitude and really understands how to make people feel valued and appreciated despite any shortfall they might have in essential daily living abilities. She is more than a caregiver; she is an advocate you can count on to ensure the best care is in-place for your loved one. I am pleased with the results Pebble Creek has brought to my family.

  Perhaps I can save you some of the grief my wife and I went through in our search for the right place for her father, who needs more or less continual care based on his age and medical challenges. We did our online research, visited facilities, sought the opinion of trusted professionals, and we still didn’t get it right. We moved him three times in two months before we found Anca Barbur, the owner and director of Pebble Creek Assisted Living. We knew our nightmare was over when he saw him seated in his wheelchair at a beautifully decorated table, happily eating his breakfast at Anca’s Pebble Creek AL. When I saw him look up and smile for the first time in many months – it brought tears to my eyes.
