When the time came to move my mother to (another) assisted living facility, we toured a few facilities and knew that Robson Reserve was the right place. She had been in a couple of different environments over the previous two years and just wasn’t happy, until we moved her there.
The process of moving her in was seamless. Her unit was like new, even though someone had lived there previously. The staff quickly hung her television mounts and artwork and made her feel at home. Within minutes of arriving, a nurse came to greet her and go over her medication list and mobility needs.

The front desk/administration team is top notch. Jill, Meghan, Elizabeth & Maggie were super nice and always kept in close communication when needed and actually returned calls/emails in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed by how many people they knew as the residents walked by. Also, their attentiveness to maintaining a Covid-free environment was great.

Most importantly, my mother got to meet some really nice people that also lived there. There’s a full calendar of events that residents actually enjoyed going to. The fitness staff really encouraged my mother to participate and were very accommodating based upon her limited mobility. She was really happy with the food variety, often bragging about what she had to eat the night before. Although she didn’t have the opportunity to utilize the pool, it was something she really looked forward to because of how beautiful the environment was. She described it as a resort-style pool. She was very excited by the long ramp in which she planned on using to get into the pool one day.

Unfortunately, that day never happened. However, her last days before going into the hospital were great because of the team at Robson Reserve. After her passing, the staff were very compassionate. I never felt like I had to come clean out her unit quickly. They offered me plenty of time, which I took advantage of. I will be forever grateful to Robson Reserve for making mother’s experience a positive one. I highly recommend anyone searching for a new assisted living facility to at least consider Robson Reserve!

This is a beautiful facility! Staff is friendly, experienced, educated and attentive! We needed to place my Mom really quickly. Jill helped us make this transition a smooth and fast placement for my Mom! Thank you all for your continued support for my Mom!
